CocoMiel Hair Collections offers the best luxury human hair. Each bundles and wigs, comes directly from a single donor’s temple. We care about you investing in long term hair and being worry free.
Note: There are many chemicals used during production to make floor hair, blended (human/animal/synthetic) hair presentable to sell.
CocoMiel Hair Collections offers bundles from single donors only and is chemical free.
We do not use hair from the floor or from non-human donors. The best and only way to truly judge CocoMiel Hair company over another is by experiencing it. Quality is the main factor.
What types of hair does CocoMiel Hair offer?
Raw Indian Human Hair and 100% Virgin Human Hair.
What’s the difference between 100% Raw Indian Human hair and Virgin Human Hair?
Raw Indian Human Hair (unprocessed) no chemicals, no mixed blends, no fiber, no animal hair is used to construct our bundles and wigs. Each Individual piece comes from a separate donor.
Virgin Human Hair that has not been processed is not processed in anyway. You can color the hair, however once Virgin Hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
Our hair is 100% inspected. CocoMiel Hair last longer, thicker and softer. We offer Top Quality Luxury Hair.
How many bundles of CocoMiel Hair do I need?
We recommend Lengths over 18" 3 bundles, lengths over 26" 4 bundles & lengths over 30"-Up” 5 bundles or more. Keep in mind, the longer the bundles, the shorter the weft will be.
These suggestions are based upon installs with HD lace closures and HD frontals as well.
How long does CocoMiel Hair Collections last?
With proper care, our hair can last up to 1-2 years depending on how well you take care of it.
How many much does each bundles weight?
100 grams or 3.5oz.
Bundles of the same inch could be different in weft lengths. Bundles should never be measured by the length of the track, but only by weight.
What's the difference between a frontal and closure?
• Frontals span from ear to ear and are more versatile for styling.
• Closures are placed in the center front of the head to close the style.
How long does CocoMiel Hair lace frontal and closure last?
Our laces can last several months. Due to restyling and depending on how often the lace is worn. You will need to replaced. Please take proper precautions when combing, styling, coloring, etc in order to increase longevity as much as possible.each individual's experience will differ.
We also recommend bleaching the knots of your lace in order to achieve a more seamless scalp illusion, this can also weaken the knots of the hair and essentially cause shedding and breakage overtime.
What color is CocoMiel Hair Collection?
Our product is 100% human hair and each individual piece comes from a single donor, we cannot guarantee hair color.
Can I Dye/Bleach my Hair Extensions?
CocoMiel Hair is 100% Human Hair it can be bleached, rinsed, dyed all color shades. We recommend taking your hair to a professional to avoid over-processing or coloring your hair which can result in shedding or dryness.
Can I have my CocoMiel Hair be dyed/colored before having it shipped to me?
We do not offer coloring services before shipping. The customer is responsible for finding a licensed stylist to color the hair for them once they received.
Can Heat be applied to my CocoMiel Hair extensions?
Yes, our extensions are 100% human hairextensions and heat can be applied. The hairshould be treated like your own.
Will my hair revert back to its natural state after I wash/heat it?
The body wave texture only has a slight wave pattern so after heat has been applied to it the extensions will be trained to stay straight and the pattern WILL NOT come back. The deep wave and Curly texture DOES revert back curly/wavy after straightening/curling but the pattern will not be as tight.
Does CocoMiel Hair Tangles/Sheds?
CocoMiel Hair does not to tangle. The hair will begin to tangle dry due to dryess if it needs to be shampooed and deep conditioned.
Of course, all hair sheds meaning: the hair will be never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. Any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal.

What if I receive my order and its missing parts or incomplete?
Within 48 hours of receiving your package please Email us at cocomielhair@gmail.com and subject the email PACKAGE ERRORS!. Including pictures and order details.
Do CocoMiel Hair do pop up shop in other state?
Unfortunately, Only in the state of Connecticut, please follow our social media page on Instagram, Facebook & Tiktok for announcement dates and locations.
What is your return policy?
We have a 72 hours return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return to exchange.
If you are not pleased with your order due to a defect in quality, we allow for an exchange on sealed and non-tampered with products within 3 days of your order.

Because hair extensions are a hygienic product, we are only able to offer an exchange if the hair is in original condition, packaging included and silver seal not broken or tampered with. Only regular priced items may be exchanged unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING:
The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. We will not be responsible for lost or non-trackable packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective. Exchanges will be replaced with the same item originally ordered; no substitutions will be granted. Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your new order will be processed within 72 hours.
We understand things don’t always go as planned, so we’re happy to work with you to make sure we resolve any issues regarding your purchase.
We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.
Requests must be made within 72 hours (3) days of receipt of your order. Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used.
**Please note the photos of our hair are in their raw state and not altered, or they are stock photos. Therefore once the hair is washed it will differ from the photos online and you will have the desired texture you purchase.
